Role Description
We are looking for an organized, proactive Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly as we grow. You will be at the heart of the company, supporting the leadership team, keeping the office and administration in order, and making sure day-to-day things simply work.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO’s right hand: manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Bridge communication between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive documents with the utmost confidentiality.
- Keep the office running: manage supplies, invoicing, and documentation.
- Optimize workspaces and schedules for a seamless flow of operations.
- Prepare proposals, manage CRM systems, and create presentations for the commercial team.
- Welcome clients, partners, and visitors, and support our international partnerships.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience (HBO level).
- 3 to 5 years in office management, executive assistance, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a strong advantage.
- Tech-savvy with tools like MS Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
- A proactive, can-do mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a base salary between €2,800 and €3,200 per month (full-time basis), based on experience and profile.
