Role Description
We are looking for a Community & Marketing Manager who is creative, proactive, and excited to shape how a young company builds and engages its audience. While our product is rooted in AI governance, compliance, and digital security, our marketing must make these complex topics clear, engaging, and relevant to real people and businesses.
In this role, you will grow Anove’s visibility, voice, and community across channels. You will own content creation, cross-platform publishing, event support, and brand consistency, turning our expertise into compelling stories that resonate with prospects, clients, and partners.
You will work closely with the sales and leadership teams to strengthen our go-to-market efforts, generate awareness, and support commercial growth. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to own community and content in an early-stage B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain a cross-platform content calendar that coordinates posts across our website blog, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Write and publish content, including strong LinkedIn posts that reflect our voice and reach the right audience.
- Help develop clear and engaging messaging around AI governance, compliance, and digital security topics.
- Manage Anove’s online presence and keep the brand consistent across channels.
- Support the organization, promotion, and publication of webinars, roundtables, events, and conferences.
- Collaborate with sales to align content and community initiatives with lead generation and commercial priorities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning insights.
- Track performance across channels and improve marketing actions based on results and feedback.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in community management, marketing, communications, or content creation, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or tech.
- Comfortable writing LinkedIn posts and confident managing content across a website blog, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Able to build and run a cross-platform posting schedule and keep multiple channels moving in sync.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics accessible and engaging.
- A creative mindset combined with a structured and hands-on way of working.
- Interest in SaaS, AI, cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines and priorities in a startup environment.
- Fluency in English; French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a salary between €35,000 and €45,000, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
