Jean-Hugues Migeon is founder and CTO of Anove, one of the fastest growing RegTech startups in the Netherlands. A data protection expert by training, he held privacy and information security roles in insurance and Zero Trust cybersecurity, and worked as a data protection analyst at the European Space Agency, before founding Anove in 2023 at the age of 29. Anove insAIght, launched in 2024, is a 100% European sovereign platform to manage AI risk and governance, built, hosted and operated entirely in the EU. He holds the CIPP/E and CIPM certifications and was named French Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 in the Netherlands by CCI France Pays-Bas. He is based in The Hague.

Prof. Dr. Yuri Bobbert is the founder of Anove and Professor of Digital Transformation & Assurance at Antwerp Management School (AMS). He pioneered one of the first GRC platforms in 2009 (acquired by DPA), developed the SECA security automation platform for financial institutions in 2019, and co-founded with French entrepreneur Jean Hugues Migeon Anove in 2023, introducing insAIght™, an AI-native governance platform. Recognizing the need for greater AI transparency, he also initiated the world’s first public AI library, explain-ai.com. This open platform enables the public, journalists, regulators, investors, organizations, and consumers to better understand AI by providing insights into model ownership, trustworthiness, infrastructure, data processing, and governance. The vision is to make AI less of a black box and give everyone access to objective information about the technologies increasingly shaping our society.
