Artificial intelligence has introduced new threats to cybersecurity, but what does this mean for nuclear security? 

The convergence of AI, cybersecurity, and nuclear weapons creates a new set of risks, especially considering that states armed with nuclear weapons are expanding or modernizing their arsenals. Meanwhile, Cold War-era arms control framework has been dismantled.

In this interactive, in-person roundtable, experts from the fields of nuclear strategy and AI governance will explore critical questions within this topic. Participants are encouraged to contribute to the discussion.

 

Featured Speakers 

Thomas Fraise (Postdoctoral Researcher, University of Copenhagen) is a political scientist and researcher specializing in nuclear deterrence. He earned his PhD from Sciences Po in 2023 with a thesis examining nuclear weapons programs, secrecy, and democracy in the United Kingdom, France, and Sweden.

Jean-Hugues Migeon (Co-Founder, Anove) brings over a decade of experience in AI governance and cybersecurity. His previous roles include positions at the European Space Agency, NN Group, and ON2IT Zero Trust Innovators.
