Your mission
As our Security Officer & Consultant, you’ll help implement security management best practices, advise clients on frameworks like ISO 27001 or NIST, and support both internal and external projects that drive operational resilience.
You’ll be a key player in helping companies turn security into a real business enabler—not just a checkbox.
What you’ll be doing
🛡️ Security advisory & compliance
• Guide clients through the design and implementation of security management systems.
• Assist with risk assessments, audits, and ongoing compliance with standards like ISO, NIS2, and DORA.
• Keep an eye on evolving security threats—and help clients stay one step ahead.
💡 Implementation & process improvement
• Support the rollout of the Anove platform with a security-first mindset.
• Ensure that internal and client-facing solutions meet top-tier security and privacy expectations.
• Contribute to documentation and improvement of operational practices.
🌐 Multilingual communicator
• Work in Dutch and English with ease.
• French-speaking? Even better—some of our clients will love you for it.
• Translate technical topics into clear, human-friendly advice.
📈 Fast learner & team player
• Embrace new technologies, frameworks, and ways of working.
• Collaborate across privacy, security, and product teams to make impact together.
• Bring structure and consistency to our growing consulting team.
What you bring to the table
• Education: Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience: Some experience in security consulting, tech, or startups is a plus—but we’re open to junior professionals ready to grow fast.
• Skills:
– Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
– Basic knowledge of privacy laws and security frameworks.
– Familiarity with Security, Quality, or Privacy Management Systems.
• Strong communication, curiosity, and the drive to deliver high-impact work.
Why join us?
• Salary: €2400–€5000/month (based on your profile and experience)
• Location: Hybrid, Netherlands-based (with “workcation” flexibility)
• Time off: 25 paid vacation days per year
• Perks: Gym membership, hybrid work, and an energetic team that’s building something meaningful
• Career development: Study agreement, hands-on training, and coaching to grow into a senior security advisor role
Want to make security practical, powerful, and human-first?
We’d love to hear from you.
